D & D Crafts - Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Every effort will be made to expedite your order process. Please allow up to 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within approximately 7 days to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 15 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

 Stock Orders placed before noon during store hours 8am-5pm; M-F will be processed the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next day we are open.

 Made to order (custom) items will be processed within 3 business days. Shipping will be impacted by whether the blank item is in stock or has to be ordered. These items will ship within 14 days.  Notification will be sent to the email on file if this cannot be met.  If you have questions, contact us at DnDcrafts@duffynsandy.biz.

 When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

 FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped based on the order information referenced above using USPS or UPS with a delivery estimate of 5-8 days.. Flat rate shipping fee of $6.00 applies to orders less than $25. FREE SHIPPING on orders $25+ (not including tax) We do not ship outside of the USA at this time.

 REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Made to order (custom) items may not be eligible for returns. As long as your item is unused and in its original condition, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. We will refund the full order total. See return policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at DnDcrafts@duffynsandy.biz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
